Payment processors: Stripe processes all financial transactions on our behalf.
Communication services: We use Twilio for SMS verification and SendGrid for email notifications.
AI services: We use OpenAI for song suggestions and event description generation (no personal data is shared beyond the specific content being processed).
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are hashed, payment data is processed by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure, and sensitive data is encrypted in transit.

Access your personal data through your profile settings

Delete your account and associated data

Block other users to prevent interactions

7. Data Retention

We send email notifications via SendGrid for important account and booking updates. You can manage your email preferences in the App's notification settings. Transactional emails (payment confirmations, security alerts) cannot be opted out of.
