By creating an account or using Juicy Request ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Juicy Request is a platform connecting event organizers, DJs, and guests. The App facilitates real-time song requests, live interactions, DJ bookings, ticketing, and social features within events.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Users may submit content including messages, song requests, photos, profile information, and reviews. By submitting content, you agree that:
Objectionable content is not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice.
Juicy Request employs automated content filtering and user reporting mechanisms to maintain a safe environment. Users can report objectionable content or behavior through the App's reporting system. All reports are reviewed by our team. We may take action including content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions. Blocked users will not be able to see your content or contact you through the platform. You can manage your blocked users list from your Profile settings.
All financial transactions are processed through Stripe. Juicy Request charges a 5% platform fee on DJ bookings, tips, and ticket sales. Payments are held in escrow until events are completed. See our Booking & Refund Policy for full details.
DJs agree to honor confirmed bookings, maintain professional conduct, and deliver services as described. Organizers agree to provide accurate event information and complete payments as agreed.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Juicy Request and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of any DJ's services or any event. Arrangements made through the platform are between the participating parties.
Juicy Request shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to losses arising from bookings, payments, or interactions with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to posting objectionable content, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
